In this update we’ve improved Chat History. Now, you can filter the results list by agent name, tags, or dates to find the right chat or customer. Try it out and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear your feedback.
In this release we added the ability to apply actions to chats in your Chat History list. For example, you can now email a chat transcript or details to another agent in your organisation, delete a chat or mark it as unread in case you need to return to it later.
